Hayah International Academy has campaigns to promote awareness on environmental issues. During the Academic Year of 2009-2010 a fundraising was held to raise donations for Haiti and Aswan victims of the floods. In 2005 HIA held a walk-a-thon to raise funds for the victims of the Indian Ocean Tsunami.
In 2010, continuing in these efforts, HIA joined 192 cities around the world in the Live Eart Run for Water. Hayah then decided to host Walk for a Cause annually choosing a different cause to help build and develop Egypt
